Privacy notice

This sermon platform uses automated speech recognition and translation. The translation may contain errors. Audio and transcripts may be processed by authorised technology providers to deliver the live translation and recording features.

What we process

• Speaker microphone audio during a live sermon.
• Automatically generated English transcripts and translated audio.
• Listener account information: full name, email, optional mobile number, country, preferred caption size.
• Who can see your contact details: authorised administrators of churches you join, or whose live sermon rooms you attend, may view your name, email, mobile number and country in their church console. Speakers and other participants only ever see your display name — never your email, mobile number or account identity. Live presence records store operational state only and never your contact details.
• Session information: sermon joined, join time, disconnect time, approximate country.

Retention

Sermon recordings and transcripts are retained for 30 days by default. A church administrator may extend retention for individual sermon.
